Board of Directors of the foundation Stibo-Fonden

 Below is an overview of the board of directors:

Ole P. Kristensen (chairman of the board), 68 years old and has been member of the board since 1998 and was  re-elected to the board in 2012. Because of his many years on the board, Ole P. Kristensen is considered not to be an independent  board member.
His director’s fee for the fiscal year 2014/15  from Stibo-Fonden amounts to DKK 160,000.
Ole P. Kristensen is former professor of political science and former group CEO and Managing Director. Management experience at CEO level from the private and the public sector.

Ebbe Malte Iversen (vice-chairman), 63 years old and has been member of the board since January 2013. Ebbe Malte Iversen is up for re-election in 2017 and is considered to be an independent board member.
His director’s fee for the fiscal year 2014/15 from Stibo-Fonden amounts to DKK 80,000.
Ebbe Malte Iversen is CEO of Per Aarsleff A/S ( a leading Danish contracting company), holds a BSc. Civil Engineering and has management experience within a stock exchange quoted company.
His management experience comprehends organization development, strategy development and general management.

Niels Skovgård Larsen, 67 years old and has been member of the board since 2010 and was re-elected to the board in 2014. Niels Skovgård Larsen is considered to be an independent board member. 
His director’s fee for the fiscal year 2014/15 from Stibo-Fonden amounts to DKK 80,000.
Niels Skovgård Larsen is Lawyer and Partner of Abel & Skovgård Larsen. Niels Skovgård Larsen competencies are insolvency and restructuring, conveyance of real estate, litigation and arbitration, mergers and acquisitions (M&A). 
 
Morten Reignald Pedersen, 46 years old and has been member of the board since April 2014. Morten Reignald Pedersen is up for re-election in 2018 and is considered to be an independent board member.
His director’s fee for the fiscal year 2014/15 from Stibo-Fonden amounts to DKK 80,000.
Morten Reignald Pedersen is Deputy CEO of Falck A/S and holds a BSc. Finance and Administration. Before his appointment in 2008 as Deputy CEO he was Finance Director of Falcks Redningskops and Financial Manager of Falck A/S. Prior to his positions within Falck, Morten Reignald Pedersen was Finance Director of  York International, Marine Division.
